We offer 3 methods of postage. These include:

Standard ($9) - 2 - 6+ business days to arrive. Tracking available.

Express ($13) - 1-3+ business days to arrive. Please allow longer if you are in a rural area.

International ($23) - shipping to USA, UK, Canada, and New Zealand.
Treasure Chest Co. is based in a rural area. We are 100km from town, so our parcels can take a little longer to arrive.
Generally our parcels go on our mail run which goes Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

To ensure the longevity of your jewellery we strongly recommend removing your items while showering, swimming, sleeping or during strenuous exercise.
Tarnishing is a natural process that can cause discolouration in silver/gold jewellery and other precious metals.
Jewellery should be cleaned regularly with a soft cloth to avoid tarnish.
Remember to clasp you necklace and bracelets when you're not wearing them to prevent them getting tangled.
Our range of leather chokers and bracelets are custom fit. If you have a tape measure, simple take a measurement of your neck or wrist, and select your size from the drop down menu.
Alternatively, you can use a piece of string to measure your neck and then pop against a ruler to take measurement.
If you have neither of these, please just select "Not Sure" and I will leave a tail on the end for you to adjust on arrival.
Please take extra care while placing you order. We cannot accept exchanges for earrings.
If your choker/bracelet is the incorrect size please get in contact with us so we can make arrangements.
While we take extra care in packaging our jewellery, sometimes items can be damaged in the post. If your order arrives damaged please let us know.
